Easy Gentle (or Chair) Yoga

Get an introductory class that touches the whole body without breaking a sweat. Click the link to schedule the day that works best for you. 

Most importantly, all you need is yourself!
A mat or an armless chair is recommended. Chairs in this class are not reserved for a specific age group or class of people. Everyone gets a chair and everyone has the opportunity to discover the power of this versatile tool. 

Some props might be used, but alternatives should be easy to find around the house!
