The top of the line equipment is your body. We are here to help you service yourself. We also highly recommend buying other tools to help you along your journey but we don’t believe that they are a requirement.

At Reflective Wolf Yoga, we believe that there is such a thing as pushing yourself too hard. You need to find the level that works best for your mind, body, and spirit. Life is a journey, not a sprint. If you go too hard and too fast you will burn out and we are here to encourage you to listen to your inner wisdom.

Yoga From Anywhere
Welcome to Reflective Wolf Yoga! This is an at-home practice and I will be creating videos from my living room. However, you might also find me channeling in from nature somewhere like in the pictures you see throughout the website. Anywhere I go you might see my (always terrified but brave) dog, Tamsin, or my beautiful cat, Lila wandering through the video.
Through dedication, professionalism, and an encouraging atmosphere you can and will achieve the body that you’ve been dreaming about.

Meditation in Motion
You will hear Sanskrit terms that are meant to be a helpful way of returning us all back to one meaning. Asana can be translated to poses, which I like to think of as meditation in motion. We are putting all our focus into movement and I see it as a way for us to clear the cobwebs out of mind – when sitting still isn’t doing the trick. I also will have exploratory courses on traditional and fun meditations styles like color meditation!

Group Classes
Sometimes we all need a little motivation to make it to the gym every week. These group workout classes will uplift your spirits. There will be live virtual classes in addition to pre-recorded.

Yoga & Health Wellness Classes
Achieving a better physique is about more than simply shedding the pounds and improving muscle tones. Our yoga and health wellness classes will help you to focus on both your mental and physical well-being.
We start with our breath in any class and work our way into a mental flow for our meditation classes. For our gentle yoga classes, we add to that a physical flow. So we build:
